
We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented Engineering Administrator to provide administrative support for our Stamford Hill garage. This role plays a key part in supporting the Engineering Management team and ensuring the smooth running of engineering administration processes.
The role may also involve covering the Storekeeper position during annual leave, as required.
To provide efficient and accurate administrative support to the Engineering Management team and the Engineering Administration Manager, ensuring all engineering records, reports, and systems are maintained to a high standard.

Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a busy environment
Ability to handle confidential information professionally
Able to work effectively both as part of a team and on own initiative
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
Accurate and efficient data entry skills
Knowledge of database systems, particularly Oracle, would be an advantage
