Engineering Academy – Budapest

12‑Month Programme + International Relocation

If you’re an early‑career engineer who wants real, hands‑on experience instead of watching from the sidelines, this programme gives you exactly that. You’ll rotate across different teams at our Budapest site, work on live projects and learn how a modern factory actually runs.

At the end, you’ll have the chance to relocate to one of our international sites. And if you’re joining from outside the EU, we can support visa sponsorship.

The Role

You’ll move through Engineering, Production, Quality, Supply Chain, CI and EHS, picking up practical skills and contributing to automation, machine design and process improvement along the way. Business trips, technical training and proper responsibility included.

Responsibilities

  • Work on real engineering projects across three rotations
  • Support automation and materials work including electrical design, PLC programming and robot programming
  • Help specify and select automated special‑purpose machinery
  • Contribute to machine design and process improvement
  • Learn how Production, Quality, Supply Chain, EHS and CI actually work together
  • Join business trips to other facilities to see how Morgan technologies are used
  • Complete structured technical and soft‑skill training
  • Learn by doing, not just observing from two steps back

Qualifications

  • Recently graduated in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, Chemical or Materials Engineering (BSc to PhD), or up to 4 years’ experience
  • Fluent English speaker
  • Curious, practical and happy to get hands‑on
  • Keen to build a long‑term career in manufacturing and materials
  • Open to relocation and new environments
  • Able to start in September 2026

Nice to Have

  • Experience with automation, PLCs, robotics or machine design
  • Any time spent in a manufacturing environment
  • Hungarian language skills (useful, not essential)

What You’ll Get

  • Permanent contract from day one
  • HUF 450,000 annual cafeteria allowance from month one
  • Medicover health insurance from month three
  • Annual bonus
  • Chance to earn the Above and Beyond Award
  • Easter and Christmas festive premiums
  • School‑start support for children
  • Travel allowance in line with legal requirements
  • International relocation opportunity at the end of the programme
