As an Engineer at Parsons, you will apply your scientific and technicalexpertiseto develop innovative solutions for mission-critical programs supporting the Department of War and United States Army. Key Responsibilities
Research, design, and develop products, machinery, and systems to meet organizational and societal needs.
Implement andoptimizeprocesses for extracting, processing, and utilizing materials and resources.
Develop new materials and technologies to enhance product performance andleverageadvancements.
Analyze the environmental and user impact of engineered products and systems.
Supervise production, testing, and maintenance activities to ensure quality and reliability.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues, including breakdowns and performance challenges.
Estimate project timelines andcosts, andsupport planning and budgeting efforts.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and delivery.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s toMaster’sdegree in any engineering discipline.
3–10+ years of professional experience in engineering.
TS/SCI is required
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Proficiencyin relevant engineering tools and software.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
