DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Continuously improve assigned manufacturing processes to achieve higher yield, increased throughput, lower cost, and shorter cycle time through tooling optimization and innovation. 通过工装优化及创新改善，持续提升良率、产能和生产效率，降低生产成本及周期。 2. Design, improve, and introduce new tooling and fixtures to enhance product quality, productivity, and operational safety. 设计、改善及导入新的工装和治具，提升产品质量、生产效率及作业安全。 3. Support new product introduction (NPI) and ensure successful project launch by conducting tooling design and DFM analysis. 支持新产品导入（NPI）及项目顺利量产，负责工装设计及DFM（可制造性设计）分析。 4. Develop product structure designs and engineering drawings according to project schedules. 按照项目计划完成产品结构设计及工程图纸输出。 5. Establish and execute preventive tooling maintenance plans to ensure tooling reliability and production stability. 建立并执行工装预防性维护计划，确保工装稳定运行。 6. Support tooling capacity expansion projects to meet business growth requirements. 根据业务发展需求新增和扩充工装产能。 7. Coordinate tooling development and delivery schedules to meet customer and production requirements. 管理工装开发及交付进度，满足客户及生产需求。 8. Lead tooling qualification activities and participate in supplier performance evaluations. 主导工装验证工作，并参与供应商绩效评估。 9. Evaluate engineering changes (PCN/ECN) from a tooling perspective and drive related improvements when required. 从工装角度评估工程变更（PCN/ECN），并推动相关改善。 10. Troubleshoot complex tooling issues that cannot be resolved by technicians and implement corrective actions. 解决技术员无法处理的复杂工装问题，并实施改善措施。 11. Support Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, and Industrial Engineering teams in customer complaint investigations and root cause analysis. 支持质量、制造工程及工业工程团队进行客户投诉分析和根因调查。 12. Partner with EHS teams to identify tooling-related hazards and implement safety improvements. 与EHS团队合作识别工装相关风险并推动安全改善。 13. Perform other duties assigned by management. 完成管理层安排的其他相关工作。 REQUIREMENTS: 1. College degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Automation, or related disciplines; Bachelor's degree preferred. 机械工程、自动化或相关专业大专及以上学历，本科学历优先。 2. Minimum 8 years of tooling design experience in a manufacturing environment. 具备8年以上制造业工装设计经验。 3. Experience in cable assembly tooling and automation design is highly preferred. 具备线缆组装工装及自动化设备设计经验者优先。 4. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP. 熟练使用Word、Excel、PowerPoint及SAP等办公软件。 5. Familiar with tooling design software such as NX/UG, AutoCAD, and ECTR. 熟悉NX/UG、AutoCAD、ECTR等工装设计软件。 6. Strong understanding of mechanical design, mechanism analysis, cam-driven systems, and servo-driven automation. 熟悉机械结构设计、机构分析、凸轮驱动及伺服自动化系统。 7. Experience in tolerance analysis and component cost estimation. 具备公差分析及零部件成本评估能力。 8. Strong logical thinking, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. 具备良好的逻辑分析能力、批判性思维及问题解决能力。 9. Strong quality mindset and continuous improvement awareness. 具备良好的质量意识和持续改善理念。
