Manufacturing Test development Engineer. Design test for new products. Support new business plans by active involvement in cost, capability & capacity study by identifying new technology and developing new capabilities for Test.
Responsibilities
Manufacturing electrical test development for automotive products
Control & manage resources to maximize test equipment uptime & capacity for production requirements.
Modify, install & improve test systems and test procedures.
Modify test software to enhance test methods.
Resolve all test hardware & software issues to meet zero TPF.
Meet Departmental goals on Cost, Responsiveness & Quality objectives
Develop and establish work instructions, routing, and workmanship standards
Track & manage CAPEX spending within the allocated budget
Establish preventive maintenance and calibration of production equipment
Support new product/test process start-ups/transfers and change management
Support the planning and executing yield/quality/test process/UPH/machine/OEE improvement initiatives
Support in developing and promoting new technologies and test processes
Support engineering team to improve manufacturing system /test processes
Requirements
Degree Holder in Electrical and Electronic Engineering
3 to 5 years of working experiences
Familiar with typical test equipment and sound knowledge of machine control and automations software (Teststand, LabVIEW, CVI etc)
