This is a client-facing technical role connected to our Colmar site, offering the opportunity to support international customers while delivering high-quality technical expertise across Europe, the Maghreb region, and Turkey.

Office‑first roles

This is an office‑first role. Working together in person supports close, real‑time collaboration and team alignment, enabling us to deliver our best work. You will work primarily in the office, with the flexibility to work remotely for 20% of your time (one day per week), combined with approximately 50% travel to client sites.

The full-time annual base pay for this position in France is expected to range between 52'000 EUR and 64'000 EUR. Initial salary placement within this range will be determined based on role‑related factors such as experience, qualifications, and expected contribution.

What you will do:

  • Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients, delivering high-quality support remotely and on site
  • Travel (~50%) to customer locations across Europe, the Maghreb, and Turkey to support installations, operations, and troubleshooting
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction and collaboration
  • Support audits, client visits, and technical discussions as a subject matter expert
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Quality, Production, MSAT, Project Management) to meet client expectations
  • Ensure all activities comply with GMP, safety, and regulatory standards
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and share best practices across teams

What we are looking for:

  • Experience in a technical role within pharmaceutical, biotech, or other regulated environments
  • Strong client-facing and communication skills across diverse cultures and regions
  • Fluency in French, English, and Turkish (written and spoken)
  • Ability and willingness to travel internationally up to 50% of the time
  • Solid understanding of GMP and quality standards
  • Strong problem-solving skills, autonomy, and adaptability in a dynamic environment
  • Background in Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
