Job Location: BlueWater Resort and Casino - Parker, AZ 85344
Position Type: Full Time
Salary Range: $15.75 - $18.00 Hourly

Job Shift: AnySUMMARY:
Under supervision, performs a wide variety of maintenance service and repairs: Wallpaper, Carpentry, Plumbing, Painting, Electrical, Plastering, Pools, and Machine service. Participate in cross training program to lift skills and awareness.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintains, repairs service and troubleshoot all aspects of the facilities systems.
- Participate in preventive maintenance program.
- Maintains inventory of supplies, tools, and replacement items and undertakes assigned duties by Facilities Supervisor.
- Relies on supervision, experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- Performs a variety of semi-skilled, and complicated tasks involving in the inspection, diagnosis, troubleshooting, maintenance, repair and servicing of field and shop equipment, components, and machinery associated with the facilities.
- Ensure all casino streets and public access routes are free of hazards.
- Ensure that the BlueWater Resort & Casino is presentable and inviting at all times, and that it adheres to both management and customer standards.
- Ensure trash and debris is picked up from common areas and streets on a daily basis.
- A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
- Ability to work flexible hours, shifts, or days as determined by business demands.
- Complies with Federal, State and Tribal laws.
- Provide legible written reports.
- Perform all duties with safety as priority.
- Repair or replace plumbing, fixtures, washers, seals, etc.
- Proficient skills in operation various hand tools and power equipment.
- Install window shades or coverings, security locks, etc.
- Responsible for performing scheduled maintenance and repairs as necessary.
- Complies with company and OSHA safety regulations.
- Respond to all guest requests in a time and efficient manner.
- Performs daily rounds and checks of various equipment and systems as assigned, including related record
- Participates in trainings
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

- Operating various equipment related to assignment.
- Communication and interpersonal skills as applied to interaction with coworkers, supervisor, the general public, etc. sufficient to exchange or convey information and to receive work direction.
- Skill in estimating time and materials.
- Ability to withstand dust, pollens and fumes on a regular basis.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Must have a current driver’s license.
- Ability to work independently.
- Minimum 1 year of working in the trades preferred.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS

- Frequent standing, walking, bending, and grasping.
- Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination is required
- Must be able to carry and lift up to 50 lbs. regularly.
- Must have the ability to work outside in extreme heat and/or cold temperatures for a full 8-hour day.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- This position regularly works indoors but may work outdoors in cold and/or extreme heat.
- The noise level in the work environment is generally quiet to moderate and may become excessively noisy at times.
- Will have contact with employees, external agencies and the public.
- The employee is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne practices, including second-hand environmental smoke.
ACCESSIBILITY:
- At the discretion of the Tribal Gaming Agency, appropriate license required.
