The Structural Engineer will be responsible for performing structural analysis and design of steel buildings from concept through detailed stages, ensuring safe, standards-compliant, and cost-effective solutions that align with architectural requirements. With a minimum of 4+ years of experience in steel structure design, the Structural Engineer will prepare accurate calculations and drawings, contribute to technical reports, and support project teams in delivering high-quality outcomes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong proficiency in structural software, a solid understanding of international codes, and hands-on experience with steel materials, fabrication, and construction methods across diverse commercial and industrial projects, particularly in the Middle East and India.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Structural Engineering.
  • 4+ years of experience in structural engineering with a focus on steel structures.
  • Proficient in structural analysis and design, ensuring safety, compliance, and integration with architectural requirements.
  • Skilled in SAP2000, ETABS, STAAD.Pro, and familiar with connection design tools such as Idea Statica, RAM Connection, MathCad, and Excel.
  • Knowledge of steel design codes and standards (AISC, Eurocode, Indian Standards) and relevant international/local regulations.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with attention to quality and safety.
  • Experience preparing technical reports and project documentation for client submissions.
  • Effective at managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines, both independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capable of liaising with multidisciplinary professionals and maintaining clear project records.
  • Experience in commercial and industrial projects, especially in the Middle East and India.
  • Knowledgeable in steel materials, fabrication, and construction methods.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional growth and continuous learning.
