Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 4+ years of Software Engineering or related work experience.

OR

Master's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 3+ years of Software Engineering or related work experience.

OR

PhD in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 2+ years of Software Engineering or related work experience.

• 2+ years of work experience with Programming Language such as C, C++, Java, Python, etc.

AI/ML SW Product Release Manager

Job Overview

allow the running of trained neural networks on device without a need for connection to the cloud. Our

inference engine is designed to help developers run neural network models trained in a variety of frameworks

on Snapdragon platforms at blazing speeds while still sipping the smallest amount of power. See your work

As an AI SW Product Release Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of our

cutting-edge AI inference engine SDK. You will be responsible to the AI SW product team for ensuring the continuity of

effective delivery of product and will collaborate closely with development teams, QA teams, and stakeholders to

drive efficient software releases. Your role involves helping to resolve issues that could otherwise impede the

progress of the release. Your focus will be on timely releases, quality assurance, and seamless coordination across teams.

Responsibilities:

• Release Planning and Coordination:
• Work closely with product leads, development & QA teams to plan and schedule SDK releases.
• Coordinate release activities, ensuring alignment with project timelines.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Collaborate with product leads, development, and testing teams to ensure smooth execution of SDK releases.
• Risk Management and Quality Assurance:
• Identify potential risks and obstacles that may impact release schedules and communicate them with product leads and other stakeholders.
• Implement strategies to mitigate risks and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Monitor and track release progress, addressing any deviations promptly.
• Deployment and Communication:
• Oversee the deployment of SDK releases, ensuring they meet quality standards.
• Communicate release status, updates, and any critical information to relevant teams.
• Maintain clear documentation related to each release.
• Process Optimization:
• Continuously improve processes, aiming for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Explore opportunities for automation and streamlined workflows.
• Agile Methodologies and Best Practices:
• Apply agile methodologies to manage releases effectively.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent).
• Proven experience as a Release Manager, Delivery Manager, or similar role.
• Experience working in agile delivery teams including scrum or Kanban based delivery activities.
• Experience of leadership of team delivering software development
• Working knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle
• Prior development skills in C++, Python environments and well versed in version control tools like git and familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
• Experience & understanding of embedded systems SW development or equivalent.
• Understanding of Deep Learning fundamentals and knowledge of AI technologies and SDK development is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal, presentation, written)
• Ability to collaborate across a globally diverse team and multiple interests.
