职责Responsibilities

1. 供应商开发与战略布局 Supplier Development & Strategic Sourcing 负责机械类供应商开发、评估以及持续优化，建立并完善供应商资源体系，构建稳定且具有竞争优势的供应链。 Responsible for the development, qualification, and continuous optimization of mechanical suppliers, establishing and strengthening the supplier base to build a stable and competitive supply chain.
2. 供应链风险与商务管理 Supply Chain Risk & Commercial Management 识别并管控供应链风险，推动第二来源开发，降低单一供应商；负责商务谈判、价格管理及供应商关系维护，保障供应链安全稳定。 Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, drive second-source development to reduce supplier dependency, and lead commercial negotiations, pricing management, and supplier relationship management to ensure a stable and resilient supply chain.
3. 成本优化与价值提升 Cost Optimization & Value Enhancement 主导新产品RFQ、供应商选型及成本分析，推动VA/VE项目实施，通过设计优化、工艺改善及资源整合，实现持续降本增效与价值提升。 Lead RFQ activities, supplier selection, and cost analysis for new products, while driving VA/VE initiatives through design optimization, process improvements, and resource integration to achieve sustainable cost reduction, operational efficiency, and value enhancement.
4. 工艺技术与供应商绩效管理 Manufacturing Process & Supplier Performance Management 评估制造工艺可行性及供应商技术能力，推动工艺优化和能力建设，持续提升供应商在质量、交付、成本及服务等方面的综合绩效。 Evaluate manufacturing process feasibility and suppliers'' technical capabilities, drive process optimization and capability development, and continuously enhance supplier performance in quality, delivery, cost, and service.
5. NPI项目导入与量产支持 NPI Introduction & Mass Production Support 参与新产品开发全过程，负责供应商开发、样品验证、FAI及量产导入，确保项目按计划推进并实现顺利量产。 Participate throughout the entire product development lifecycle, supporting supplier development, sample validation, FAI, and production ramp-up to ensure successful project and on-time mass production.

任职要求

1. 本科及以上学历，理工科，机械材料类优先；
2. 熟悉CNC件, 钣金件，塑胶件等机械件供应市场，掌握机械件性能、参数及价格体系；
3. 深入了解机械件行业，熟悉其加工工艺及质量标准；
4. 具备优秀的商务谈判、供应链风险管控能力；
5. 良好的团队协作能力与问题解决能力；
6. 具备良好的英语听说读写能力，能够与国外供应商进行有效的沟通。
