We are seeking a proactive and technically strong Engineer – Service Sales Support with hands‑on experience in the valve and spares industry The role is responsible for providing technical and commercial support to sales and service teams, managing customer enquiries, preparing techno‑commercial offers, supporting order execution, and ensuring seamless coordination across internal functions to meet customer requirements and delivery timelines.
Provide technical guidance and product expertise to sales teams, service teams, customers, distributors, and channel partners to develop and deliver effective service and spares solutions.
Support selection, sizing, and application of valves, valve spares, and accessories in line with customer specifications.
Interpret customer technical specifications and prepare accurate techno‑commercial quotations that meet customer expectations, standards, and delivery commitments.
Ensure timely response to customer inquiries, clarifications, and post‑offer discussions.
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, service, finance, operations, and logistics) to manage customer complaints, order issues, and execution challenges.
Liaise with Product Management to ensure products and service solutions are appropriately configured or modified to meet customer needs.
Support E‑tendering activities, including review of tender documents, forms, formats, and customer‑specific compliance requirements.
Independently manage assigned tasks and resolve day‑to‑day technical sales and service support issues.
Handle order processing and post‑order activities, including drawings, quality plans, documentation, invoicing support, and execution follow‑up.
Ensure smooth coordination to support on‑time order execution and billing.
3–5 years of experience in the valve industry, specifically in spares sales, service support, or technical sales roles.
Strong knowledge of valve selection, sizing, and spares for valves and valve accessories.
Experience with E‑tendering processes, including understanding customer tender documents, formats, and statutory requirements.
Good understanding of commercial terms & conditions, customer GPC documents, and contractual requirements.
Knowledge of commercial and financial documents such as LC, SBLC, and Bank Guarantees.
Exposure to finance, logistics, and import/export operations.
Working knowledge of Incoterms, international trade practices, and financial compliance requirements.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and related business tools.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
