Job Description

Obejctive

Mengelola proses service improvement dan eskalasi permasalahan pelanggan segmen National Account untuk memastikan tercapainya excellent customer experience

Main Responsibilities

  • Mendukung aktivitas retensi revenue dengan meminimalkan churn pelanggan.
  • Menangani keluhan pelanggan terkait aspek teknis, non-teknis, maupun administrasi dengan supervisi atasan.
  • Membantu proses analisis teknis dasar serta mendukung program rekayasa perbaikan layanan.
  • Menyusun laporan rutin kualitas layanan (SLA) sebagai bahan evaluasi dan penagihan.
  • Mengkomunikasikan jadwal preventive dan corrective maintenance kepada pelanggan.
  • Menjalankan pedoman kerja unit sesuai arahan dan prosedur yang berlaku.

Qualifications

  • Minimal S1 Manajemen, Teknik Industri, Telekomunikasi, atau Teknologi Informasi.
  • Pengalaman kerja 1–2 tahun di bidang layanan pelanggan/operasional (ICT/Telco lebih disukai).
  • Mampu berkomunikasi dengan baik dalam Bahasa Indonesia dan dasar Bahasa Inggris.
  • Detail-oriented, kolaboratif, dan cepat belajar.
