Job Description

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
  • Execute small expansion projects, ad-hoc changes, batch enhancements, and logic/graphics development under Lifecycle Services.
  • Support DeltaV upgrade projects, including Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) and project-to-service handover in line with standard checklists.
  • Implement cybersecurity solutions and support customer workshops and programs such as Business Consulting Assessments (BCA) and Software Evaluation Services (SES).
  • Deliver lifecycle service offerings including Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), Preventive and Warranty AMCs, and scheduled service packages (ST100, ST200), along with chargeable service visits as required.
  • Provide technical support for Guardian / Essential Support customers across DeltaV Batch, DeltaV Safety Instrumented Systems (SIS), Charms I/O, Virtual I/O Modules (VIM), third-party integrations, and system maintenance.
  • Drive customer engagement, generate service reports, and contribute to lifecycle service lead generation, supporting regional revenue growth targets.
  • Align all service delivery with Standard Method of Operation (SMO) guidelines and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Build expertise through professional certifications in cybersecurity, virtualization, DeltaV SIS, and DeltaV Live.

For This Role, You Will Need:
  • Foundational knowledge of Distributed Control Systems (DCS).
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and within a collaborative team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
  • Effective communication and customer interaction skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation, Electronics & Communication, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
  • Experience in Pharma, Chemical, or Refinery industries.
  • Knowledge of DeltaV systems, batch control, safety systems (SIS), and industrial communication protocols such as Profibus and Foundation Fieldbus.
  • Familiarity with industrial networking, cybersecurity practices, Asset Management Systems (AMS), and virtualization environments.
  • Experience handling Charms I/O, third-party integrations, and system diagnostics.
  • Exposure to lifecycle services, service contracts, or customer-facing engineering roles.
