Job Description

This position is for a D501 Reliability Engineer. The selected candidate will be responsible for preventative maintenance procedure improvements and implementation of reliability predictive maintenance practices including, monitoring systems implementation, root cause failure analysis, and identification and procurement of critical spare parts.

  • Work with Facilities engineering, maintenance, and equipment operators to improve PM adequacy and frequencies
  • Standardize PM metrics across multiple departments
  • Assist with predictive maintenance technology implementation (Vianix, TAMS, RADAR, Maximo, and Power BI)
  • Perform root cause failure analysis on facilities critical equipment
  • Assist in identification and development of a critical spare parts inventory

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in electrical or mechanical engineering
  • 5+ years’ experience related to Facilities preventative maintenance or reliability engineering

Preferred:

  • Predictive maintenance experience

Skills

  • Candidates must possess strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work with the Facilities Maintenance, Engineering, Capital Projects, and Real Estate Teams.
  • Experience with Excel, Microsoft Project, CMMS Systems, and Predictive Maintenance devices and software is preferred.
