We currently have a vacancy for a Specialist Reliability, reporting to the Lead Engineer Reliability (Mobile Fleet).
As a Specialist Reliability, you will play a key role in improving the performance, safety, and reliability of Olympic Dam’s mobile mining fleet. Working within a highly skilled maintenance and engineering team, you will drive defect elimination, continuous improvement initiatives, and strategic reliability programs that support safe and efficient operations.
This is an opportunity to apply your technical expertise across a large and diverse fleet, using data-driven decision making and engineering principles to optimise equipment performance and reduce operational risk. You will work closely with maintenance, operations, engineering, and execution teams to identify improvement opportunities, influence maintenance strategies, and deliver sustainable reliability outcomes.
Your contribution will directly support equipment capability, maintenance effectiveness, and the successful delivery of Olympic Dam’s production objectives.
You are a collaborative reliability professional with a passion for solving complex equipment challenges and improving asset performance.
