We are seeking a skilled and motivated Network Engineer to join our global IT team. In this role, you will manage and optimize regional ISP connections to ensure high availability and performance, proactively resolving issues before they impact operations. apart from that, you will play a role in supporting internal network projects, performing daily network maintenance, and ensuring the stability and performance of our corporate network
• Manage and optimize regional ISP connections to ensure high availability and performance, proactively resolving issues before they impact operations.
• Lead contract negotiations and SLA management with ISP vendors, ensuring cost-effective and high-quality service delivery.
• Perform daily network operations, maintenance, and performance tuning, primarily on Aruba switches, wireless controllers, and access points.
• Troubleshoot cross-regional connectivity issues, perform root cause analyses, and implement preventive solutions to enhance network reliability.
• Create and maintain comprehensive network documentation, including diagrams and operational procedures.
• Work closely with IT teams across security, infrastructure, and development to ensure seamless integration and alignment.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in WAN management and ISP coordination.
• Proven negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Proven experience in managing and supporting enterprise-level networks, with a strong focus on Aruba networking products.
• Solid understanding of networking protocols and technologies (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VLANs, VPN, QoS) and cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Hands-on experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a globally distributed team environment.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Preferred certifications like CCNP or equivalent that demonstrate your commitment to continuous learning.
