PositionDefinition (Key Purpose of thePosition):

• As part of theGlobal Materials Sourcing(GMS)Team,the Regional OperationsEngineer Underfoot Platformswillexecute seasonalprocess audit activitiesrelated tounderfootProduction facilities.

• These includeMold andcompound transfers,seasonal mold andSOP checks,quality assessments,raw materialsadherence,storagecheck,production capacity, labcontrols,and inspectingcomponents for high impact NPI programs

• Regional Operations Engineer will supportVF’s partnersin the creation ofan appropriate correctiveaction plan,addressing all issues highlighted during SCP process audits

• Monitor and track compliance against the CAP,analyzing and communicating risks in cases of non-compliance,finalizingand reporting as CAP issues are closed.

• The Regional Operations Engineer willundertake regularon-site visits to suppliers’ facilitiestomonitoradherence to manufacturing SOPsandreportingallissues of non-compliance.

• The Process Improvement Engineer will be accountable formaintainingand distributingthe Underfoot Platforms color standards
