Job Description

We’re looking for a Software Engineer to design, build, and enhance enterprise-grade, cloud-hosted applications powering Clario’s healthcare technology platform. In this role, you will contribute to developing secure and scalable solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced Agile environment.

What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain C#/.NET microservices and Angular-based front-end features
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs, write efficient SQL queries, and ensure high-quality, maintainable code.
• Contribute to building and deploying cloud-native applications on AWS, including services such as EKS, following best practices for scalability and reliability.
• Participate in technical discussions, contribute ideas, and help implement practical solutions that balance quality and delivery timelines.
• Write unit and integration tests, support CI/CD workflows, and assist in troubleshooting production issues.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to understand architectural decisions and implement features aligned with system design.
• Maintain clear documentation for features, technical designs, and operational processes.
• Use AI coding assistance tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Tabnine) to improve development efficiency and code quality.
• Work closely with Product, QA, DevOps, and other teams to deliver high-quality software.
• Participate actively in Agile or SAFe ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of development practices.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in C#/.NET development and familiarity with Angular (modern versions)
• Exposure to AWS cloud services and cloud-native application development.
• Experience working with Git-based version control and CI/CD pipelines
• Working knowledge of SQL Server and database fundamentals.
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Willingness to learn and adopt AI coding assistance tools in daily development workflows.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in an Agile team setup.
• Exposure to microservices architecture
• Experience with containerization technologies (Docker/Kubernetes)
• Experience working in regulated environments such as healthcare or finance.
• Familiarity with modern front-end frameworks
