What You Will Do

1. Sort out the quality management system, hazardous substances management and product safety requirements of the Zhuhai factory, and output management processes that need to be promoted. 梳理珠海工厂的质量管理体系，输出需要提升的管理流程。 2. Work with departments to review and optimize commonly used processes in Agile systems, OA systems, etc., and lead or drive improvements. 与各部门一起评审优化Agile系统，OA系统等常用流程，主导或推动改善。 3. Establish a cross-factory supervision and continuous improvement mechanism and communicate the latest procedures of the Zhuhai factory. 建立跨工厂的监督与持续改进机制，沟通珠海工厂的最新程序。 4. Lead TL9000 audits and customer audits, follow up improvement actions, and verify the effectiveness of the actions 主导TL9000审核以及客户审核，跟进改善计划，并验证行动的有效性。 5. Perform other related duties as assigned by management/ supervisor. 执行上级分配的其他任务。

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

REQUIRED: • English reading, writing, listening, speaking, CET 4 and 6. 英语读写听说和英语四六级。 • Good self-study ability, willing to keep learning良好的自学能力，愿意不断学习。 • Good coordination and executive ability in the projects with others. 在与其他人合作项目中具备良好的协调能力和执行力。 • Adapt to long-term business trips适应短期出差。 PREFERRED: TL9000/ISO9001 internal auditor certificate. TL9000/ISO9001内审员资格。

What Will Put You Ahead

1-3 years QMS working experience. 1到3年质量管理体系工作经验。 PREFERRED: Led at least one process improvement or promotion project. 主导过至少1个流程改善或推广项目。
