- PPAP management
• Prepare and submit the PPAP package to customer
• Prepare and submit the PSW package to customer
- Project sample order delivery quality assurance
• sample drawing
• sample test report
• ISIR report and CPK analysis
- Safe launch management
• Prepare the Safe launch plan
• Set up the kick off meeting of Safe launch
• Quit the Safe launch

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, Engineering or comparable education
• Certified Internal Auditor by KAUTEX or external body
• Experience in negotiation with customers and suppliers
• Product knowledge is important
• Knowledge of applicable customer-specific requirements
• Knowledge in APQP, PPAP, statistics, FMEA, Control Plan, SPC, MSA, DOE and product and process capability
• Knowledge of manufacturing techniques and business systems, e.g.: 5S, standardized work, Kanban, visual management
• Good English language skills is preferred
• Applying useful tools ( A3, PDCA, 5 why) to find root cause Recruiting Company Kautex
