This role will be responsible for defining, documenting, monitoring, and improving the quality system, coordinating corrective and preventive actions, and ensuring compliance with customer and internal quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure products and processes meet quality requirements through the implementation of the Quality Management System.
  • Support different departments in the creation, update, and improvement of quality system documentation.
  • Maintain document control and keep the master documentation list updated.
  • Plan and coordinate internal and external quality system audits.
  • Lead the analysis, follow-up, and effectiveness evaluation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Manage audit findings, NCRs, and ensure compliance with established quality procedures.
  • Promote and communicate the Quality Policy across the organization.
  • Control and distribute approved quality documentation.
  • Support Quality Management System (QMS) and Environmental Management System (EMS) requirements.
  • Coordinate Incoming Quality activities, including supplier PPAP validation.
  • Manage non-conforming product processes and supplier evaluations.
  • Coordinate LPA audits and ensure Control Plan validation within the document control system.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
  • 3–4 years of experience in Quality Management Systems.
  • Experience in Make-to-Order (MTO) manufacturing environments
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 / TS16949 (IATF 16949), MSA, SPC, PPAP, Control Plans, Quality Plans, and blueprint interpretation
  • Experience with audits, CAPA, NCR, PPAP processes, and document control.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
