Responsible area : APG - Plant - 601
- Lead the Monitor the Quality Management System in JEPL.
- Is the customer representative on the premises and insure customer satisfaction.
-Quick response and follow up abnormal situation at workshop.
Quality Interface when customer audit will be done in production facility related to new product PPAP and Customer Realted Quality System Audits / Third party audits
Lead the Internal audit Management (QMS audit / Process audit / Product auditschedule and perform as per requirements)
- Perform the Internal/Process/Product and Layer-Process-Audit/Countermeasure-Effectiveness-Verification Audit on monthly Basis and follow up the W3-Items.
- Ensure audit NC analysis and closure (W3)as per time line.
Communicate with Customer specific requirements across the plant.
Co-ordinate to evaluate department wise Risk assesment / Contigency plan
Lead the Root cause analysis for Customer situation for Development / zero km (SOP + Safelauch) follow the 8D /PDCA/FTA methodology.
Implement Countermasure (sorting/repair/others)/ update the Horizonal deployment & Standardization.(FMEA, Control plan, Work instruction & Checksheet)
Provide Monthly reports reports and product datas any information to JEPL and HQ / China / Europe Corporate functions that can help to analyze the problem to improve quality quickly and to prevent from reoccurrence.
