1. Drive global compliance to manufacturing quality standards and success of fab quality system certifications.
2. Provide quality guidance to ensure product success at launch and high-volume technology ramping.
3. Monitor and analyze the wafer fabrication process, equipment parameters, manufacturing, factory facilities, and incoming material to early detect the signal of quality events.
4. Apply statistics process control methods to establish and sustain a robust manufacturing process control. Standardizing, and documentation for the control methodologies.
5. Predictive analytics and statistical applications including modeling, machine learning, data science, process control methods, developing and implementing methods for specialized applications.
6. Manage and coordinate with fab change, including change report quality, fab change committee meeting to review experiment data and results from products, performance tracing for the safe change.
