As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented professional to join our Tendering & Proposals team.
Position - Engineer – Project Tendering & Proposals
Location – Puritas, Head Office, Sri Lanka
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for Water / Sewage / Effluent treatment process designs, front-end engineering design, and detailing, demonstrating technical leadership in winning projects.
Conduct pre-contract works such as developing conceptual designs, equipment selection, and budgeting, providing essential inputs to the proposals team to compile effective proposals.
Provide guidance to technical and engineering resources to meet project proposal deadlines and contractual obligations, facilitate communication between clients and team members, and ensure business objectives are consistently met.
Develop relationships with key stakeholders, both external and internal, to fulfill contractual obligations and submissions.
Maintain thorough knowledge and hands-on experience in procurement of works and project implementation; familiarity with quality control, quality assurance, cost engineering and project deliverables will be an added advantage.
Based at Head Office, integrate seamlessly and work efficiently while travelling regularly, liaising with Clients, Consultants, internal teams and regulatory authorities to yield optimum output.
Candidate Profile:
Degree in Chemical & Process Engineering, Environmental Science, Aquatic Resource Technology, or a related field.
At least 4 years of relevant industry experience in water and wastewater treatment plant design and construction.
Proficiency in English and MS Office.
Strong teamwork, communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently and deliver results within deadlines.
