We are one of the earliest foreign electronic companies established in Taiwan. What you will be doing:

• To lead production line meet quality / delivery and cost standard 帶é ˜ç”Ÿç”¢ç·šç”¢å‡ºåˆä¹Žå“è³ªäº¤æœŸæˆæœ¬çš„ç”¢å“ã€‚
• Responsible for production scheduling and progress control to ensure smooth operations and achievement of production targets. è² è²¬ç”Ÿç”¢æŽ’ç¨‹è¦åŠƒèˆ‡ç”Ÿç”¢é€²åº¦ç®¡æŽ§ï¼Œç¢ºä¿è£½ç¨‹é †æš¢èˆ‡ç”¢èƒ½é”æˆã€‚
• Oversee personnel management and workplace safety, maintaining an orderly and secure working environmentè² è²¬äººå“¡ç®¡ç†åŠè·å ´å®‰å…¨ï¼Œç¶­æŒè‰¯å¥½ä½œæ¥­ç§©åºèˆ‡å®‰å…¨ç’°å¢ƒã€‚
• To coordinate related department let production line runs smoothly. å”èª¿å…¶ä»–ç›¸é—œéƒ¨é–€æä¾›å¿…è¦æ”¯æ´ä»¥åˆ©ç”¢ç·šé †åˆ©ç”Ÿç”¢ã€‚

What you will bring along:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering 大學以上，工程相關科系
• Minimum 3 years of experience in production management preferably from semiconductor industry 三年以上生產管理經驗，半導體產業尤佳
• Familiar with wafer fab process 熟悉前段晶圓製程 Good command of English 一般英文運用
