Our Team

You are joining a team that is currently undergoing a massive mindset shift and organizational expansion. We are moving from a model where engineers operated equipment to a more professional structure where engineers focus on engineering tasks and technicians handle the actual testing. Our team is supported by Project Coordinators who manage schedules, allowing you to focus on technical execution and resource loading. -Task Management: Manage engineering loads and resources effectively to ensure projects stay on track

-Standards and Processes: Assist in building and following test standards, processes, and systems to ensure team consistency and capability

-Technician Collaboration: Work closely with technicians, providing the engineering guidance they need to perform equipment testing and operations effectively

-Knowledge Transfer: Participate in training and potentially mentor other engineers to help close talent gaps and increase the team's overall output

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

-Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field (required).

-Minimum 3 years of experience managing engineering or validation projects, preferably in cable systems development.

-Engineering Mindset: You possess the capability to perform complex engineering tasks and project support rather than just equipment operation

-Strong Communicator: You are comfortable being a "vocal" member of the team, capable of providing clear status updates and technical feedback to stakeholders

-Adaptable Learner: You have the ability to learn new equipment and technologies quickly on the job as they are integrated into the lab

-Accountable: You take responsibility for your performance and are willing to be coached to meet high-performance benchmarks

-Liquid Cooling Expertise: Previous experience in liquid cooling validation or reliability testing

-Advanced Testing Skills: Familiarity with specialized procedures, such as helium testing

-Leadership Potential: A track record of acting as a technical lead or mentoring junior engineers

-Process Improvement: Experience in developing new test standards or improving lab infrastructure and operations
