PRIMARY PURPOSE:

Be the main mechanical engineering responsible person, Support problem analyse and solving for any product design related issues.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.Be the product design owner to ensure customer specifications and expectations are met, following the company procedures.

2.Document product requirements based on customer input, including functionality, electrical ratings, and agency requirements.

3.Conduct and review DFMEA for new designs, to deliver good designs for cost and quality.

4.Participate in design reviews, including evaluation of manufacturability.

5.Create / Review bills of material for each design, and responsible for selecting and qualifying new materials.

6.Support Core Team on Researching new technologies for internal development and potential acquisition.

7.Be responsible for new product, new technology development and qualifications.

8.Be the main technical contact person for customers to provide engineering services for customer satisfaction.

SCOPE:Product design and qualification to fully meet customer specifications and expectations

EDUCATION:

REQUIRED:• Bachelor Degree in mechanical engieering

PREFERRED:• Good English communication skills

WORK EXPERIENCE:

REQUIRED:• Min. 5 years new product development experience, good at English communication including reading and writing.

PREFERRED:

• Good oral English would be appreciated.
