High speed new connector design and development.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1Ensure the product meets all internal and external approved needs.

2Ensure customer specifications and expectations are met through creating product requirements per customer voices, including mechanical, electrical, environment, safety and regulation requirements.

3Be accountable for product and process feasibility study including FEA, SI simulation, Moldflow, DFM, prototype testing etc.

4Create and maintain DFMEA to ensure critical characteristics are captured and under control to reduce or eliminate project risks.

5Create and execute DVP to achieve an approved test report by cross functional team, be accountable for test failure analysis and trouble shooting.

6Create model, drawing, EBOM, PS and AS.

7Customer and supplier support for technical communication.

8Support new technology development according to business needs.

9Other tasks as assigned.

SCOPE:New and modification product design and development.

EDUCATION:

REQUIRED: Bachelor Degree in mechanical engieering

PREFERRED: Master Degree in mechanical engineering

WORK EXPERIENCE:

REQUIRED:

New and modification product design and development.

High speed connector design.

PREFERRED:High speed cable connector design.

SKILLS & ABILITIES:

REQUIRED:

CAD 3D software for model and drawing creation.

Familiar with FEA, moldflow, FMEA, TA.

Be able to read and write in English.

Failure analysis and solution to product design related problems.

Team work.

Contribution motivated.

PREFERRED:Oral English communication
