Your Job
As the Engineer – Product Design, you will drive end-to-end new product introduction for our Cable Harness PSBU, owning technical delivery for assigned customer accounts. You’ll translate customer needs into robust mechanical designs, validate concepts through simulation and prototyping, and enable scalable manufacturing while working closely with cross-functional and global teams.
Our Team
You will join the Product Engineering team, a cross-functional group that partners closely with Product Marketing, Sample Room, Operations (MIE/MFG/QA) and Sourcing to bring complex cable-harness products from concept to production. The team emphasizes collaborative problem solving, hands-on prototyping, and continuous improvement across global programs.
