Main Responsibilities:

  • Identify,diagnoseand resolve process and equipment related problems

  • Coordinate and execute process, equipment and material evaluation / optimization initiatives and implement changes at process step

  • Lead / Support the New Equipment Qualification to supportnew technologydevelopment and productionramp

  • Lead /participatein continuous yield improvement and cost reduction activities

  • Validate and fan out new process baseline qualified, including newprocess,toolsand/or materials for new product introduction

  • Support SPC/FDC/RMS/APC

  • Manage / audit material suppliers to achieve quality,costand risk management objectives

  • Support internal and external audits

  • Defines processing or handling equipment requirements and specifications, and reviews processing techniques and methods applied in the manufacture, fabrication, and evaluation of products. Involvement may begin at any step from pilot plant to full-scale manufacturing. Participate in design requirement review with cross-functional teams to ensure compatibility with processing methods. Compiles and evaluates test data to determineappropriate limitsand variables for process or material specifications.

  • Data Management and Analysis

  • Manage andmaintainMES-related databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity

  • Analyze system data toidentifytrends, issues, and opportunities for improvement

  • Preferred Technical Skills
    Knowledge of statistical process control (SPC), design of experiments (DOE), and root cause analysis (RCA)

  • KnowledgeFailure mode and effects analysis (FMEA), and root cause analysis (RCA)

  • Knowledge of AI tools and application

Must Have Soft Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset

  • Effective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration with engineering, operations, and quality teams

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
    Adaptability and resilience in a dynamic manufacturing setting

Preferred skills or experience

  • Experience in or knowledge on semiconductor manufacturing process and technologies

  • Familiarity with MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) and automation tools

  • Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher)

Job Requirements, Qualifications/Experience

  • Must haveBachelor’s or advanced degree in Engineering or Science from a recognized institution between May 2024 to May 2026

  • Strong analytical, logical, and critical thinking skills

  • Effective communicator, able to collaborate across all levels

  • Growth mindset with a passion for continuous learning

  • Internship or experience in the semiconductor industry is a plus

  • Demonstrated leadership and a track record of impact are highly desirable

  • Interest in and knowledge of the semiconductor industry and Micron is preferred
