Plant ME (Manufacturing Engineer)
Comply with the process capacity by applying the equilibrium relationship and production schedules, maintenance, in addition to the quality system, environmental system and customer requirements, KPIs as OEE and Back to Basic methodology.
Plant ME (Manufacturing Engineer) is responsible for:
Make balance sheets, flowcharts, LAY OUTS AND TAKT TIME
Carrying out balancing of lines, matching the standard times between operations
Request and design of fixtures for production lines
Administration and audit of pfmea, process sheet, poka-yoke lists and work instructions of the assigned lines.
Audit of work instructions and flowchart
Support to the program manager during set up of the production lines when new products are produced.
Fixture maintenance schedule
Execute and monitor the pertinent actions to establish quality and environmental systems.
Monitoring of key company metrics “calculation of direct and indirect for production lines.
Maintenance of the productive areas according to the current layout.
Follow-up to CHECK LIST of daily and weekly processes.
Monthly continuous improvement projects
Countermeasure development activities, LPA (Layered Process Audit), costumer complaints, horizontal deployment, ITR, scrap reduction.
