The Opportunity:

Reporting to the Senior Engineer: Mine Planning, you will deliver short- and medium‑term planning and scheduling for underground operations to meet safety, production and cost targets aligned with Gruyere's strategic objectives. This role is offered on 8 days on 6 days off FIFO roster from Perth

What You’ll Do

• Develop accurate short to medium term mine plans that support operational objectives and LOM timeframes.
• Review economic evaluations for each mine design completed within the Engineering Team to ensure financial objectives are met under determined cut-off grades
• Prepare stope designs, decline, escapeways and level plan layouts, and mining instructions aligned with operational mining schedule.
• Create infrastructure plans and schedules aligned with mining interactions and budget constraints
• Providing timely and accurate planning guidance for the delivery of the mining department production schedules.
• Collaborate across departments to support key projects.

What You’ll Bring

• Tertiary Qualifications in Mining Engineering, or a related discipline
• Strong knowledge of statutory safety requirements relevant to mining
• Strong open pit engineering experience, ideally in gold with
• Proficiency in MS Office and mining software ( APS or ATS mining software experience.)
• Manual Driver’s license
