This role requires a highly experienced and versatile network professional with a proven ability to design, document and implement complex solutions in an enterprise environment. The Network Services Engineer will work in a global environment as part of a team delivering both new network services and incremental releases of an existing network service to meet the changing needs of the business whilst considering market trends/best practices within the IT landscape.
As an expert, this person will also be engaged in providing escalation support when required.
The candidate for this role should have the expert ability to develop functional and technical requirements, demonstrate advanced creative problem solving and the ability to effectively document and communicate solutions.
Initially, the focus will be on existing T&M network services and the overall integration of these into Emerson whilst maintaining current service levels. Over time, you will move into the LAN Service team that is responsible for Emerson’s Managed Wired and Wireless Infrastructure at all our locations.
