MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN (m/f/d)

Heidelberg Marriott Hotel

To strengthen our Engineering team, we are currently looking for a Maintenance Technician (m/f/d) on a full-time basis.

What your day will look like:

Monitoring and inspecting technical systems in cooperation with the team
Repair and maintenance of our guest rooms, technical areas, and public spaces
Ensuring smooth hotel operations
Implementation of all Marriott standards

What we are looking for

Completed vocational training in a skilled trade (e.g., electrician, plumber, painter, carpenter, or similar) or comparable experience
Initial professional experience in a technical role, ideally within the hospitality industry
Solid technical expertise
Good German and English language skills
A team player with strong organizational skills
Quick comprehension, ability to multitask, and resilience under pressure
Working schedule is based on a 5-day workweek, including early and late shifts. Weekend and public holiday on-site standby duties are shared on a rotating basis.
