Leads plant commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance while ensuring EHS, quality, and timelines. Skilled in handling presses, kilns, mixers, and utilities. Manages projects, spares, audits, and cross-functional coordination with strong SAP and AutoCAD knowledge.
Responsibilities
Following, respecting & establishing all EHS standards, guidelines & protocols in workplace
Manpower and other resources management
Preventive Maintenance of equipment's as per PM plan
Ensuring the inspection & plant maintenance is being executed using proper techniques.
Ensuring adherence to planned cost & timeline.
Ensuring smooth operation and maintenance of the equipment.
Ensuring jobs are executed in safely as per company protocols & with required quality.
Knowledge, skills, abilities and other characteristics
Basic knowledge on mechanical equipment
Experience on plant maintenance both preventive and predictive.
Experience of spare parts management.

Requirements:
Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical from reputed college
Work Experience: 3 to 5 years
Preferred: Work experience in refractory bricks manufacturing
