To monitor the quality of CCS product built in house & subcon, driving the continuous improvement to ensure conformance of quality standard and quality system. Led to deal with customer feedback and return goods to ensure total customer satisfaction.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1Facilitates and provides expertise in the development of design review, FMEA's, Control Plans and Qualification Plans, Fool-proof design etc., in new product development and product changes.
2Establish and update the quality documents (QCP, inspection instruction, qualification plan, FII, etc.)
3Review and approve the components PAPP and Buyoff / FAI report for new equipment, mold and fixtures etc.
4Arrange & review & submit customer required documentation relating (Approval sheet / PPAP) to customer acceptance
5Deal with customer quality issues and complains per 8D process to prevent from issue re-occurrence, support the customer audit and quality improvement reviewing
6Conduct LPA audit internally and regular onsite audit to subcons, and drive subcon to take corrective action
7Review process performance data and score monthly for subcon, drive CFT Team for continuous improvement
8Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
SCOPE:Monitor all quality activities including subcons & in house, and drive quality improvement with cross function team from incoming to customer side for cable assembly & FO products.
EDUCATION:
REQUIRED:Degree or Diploma in Science or Engineering
WORK EXPERIENCE:
REQUIRED:Minimum 5 years’ experience as quality Engineers in Electrical products field
PREFERRED:Have working experience on cable assembly industry
SKILLS & ABILITIES:
REQUIRED:
• Familiar to Quality tool, including 8D, APQP, PFMEA, SPC, MSA and PPAP
• Good interpersonal skills to work effectively with others.
• Strong drive skill with to improve the quality issues.
• Office is skilled, Good English reading and writing.
PREFERRED:
• Oral communication in English
• Supplier management
• Be knowledge on Six sigma and Minitab.
