Responsibilities

• Supervise the activities of the production staff in the manufacturing area.
• Plan and coordinate daily operations to meet strict production schedules.
• Ensure product standards are met and maintained consistently.
• Manage operational costs effectively to align with financial goals.
• Prepare detailed production, personnel, and financial reports.
• Establish and implement operating policies and procedures to achieve production objectives.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a manufacturing or engineering role.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a team.
• Excellent planning and coordination abilities to successfully implement daily operations.
• Outstanding analytical skills to prepare comprehensive reports.
• Solid understanding of production schedules, product standards, and operational costs.
• Ability to establish and apply operating policies and procedures.
