Job Description

Job Scope


  • Monitor and manage daily fleet operations to ensure vehicle readiness and safety.

  • Coordinate maintenance schedules, inspections, and repair activities.

  • Conduct vehicle inspections, quality checks, and acceptance of completed maintenance works.

  • Analyse fleet and maintenance data to improve reliability and cost effectiveness.

  • Support audits, operational reviews, and process improvement initiatives.

  • Attend meetings and prepare reports, updates, and documentation.

  • Manage and monitor maintenance service contracts and vendor performance.

  • Review repair scopes, quotations, and contractor compliance with service requirements.

Requirements


  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related discipline.

  • 2–5 years of experience in fleet operations, vehicle maintenance, or contract management.

  • Strong knowledge of vehicle systems, maintenance practices, and operational safety standards.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

  • Familiarity with fleet management or data analytics tools is an advantage.

  • Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills.

  • Hands-on, proactive, and able to work independently and in teams.

Duration/Working hours:

1 year contract (Immediate)

Office hours Monday to Friday: 42 hours per week
