Your Contributions

• Provide day-to-day support, maintenance, and ongoing enhancements for core business applications using Microsoft technologies.
• Design and develop new applications, custom workflows, and automated business processes utilizing Microsoft platforms and database systems.
• Deliver comprehensive end-user training and support across Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot IT hardware and software systems, ensuring prompt technical resolution during system downtime.
• Manage IT helpdesk operations, ticket tracking, asset inventory management, and vendor coordination for equipment service and warranties.
• Maintain compliance with local and global IT guidelines, as well as departmental procedures covering ISO, GMP, Lean, and EHS standards.

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree / Graduation in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
• Proven professional experience in business application support and maintenance.
• Hands-on knowledge and hands-on experience with Microsoft development tools and the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem.
• Strong technical background in IT systems administration, helpdesk workflows, and vendor management.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and end-user support capabilities.
• Basic awareness of quality management systems (ISO, GMP) and EHS standards in an industrial environment.
