What You Will Do
Maintain and audit standard time data, and optimize standard time operation system to support product quoted price, employee performance and relative costing calculation.
Create, implement and maintain time measurement system to push production line continuous improvement promoting products competition advantage.
Build Layout system, provide its design scheme and maintain it.
Formulate operation standardization including man and machine, and design its layout for company automation.
Lead and finish LB Kaizen projects with their expectation.
Train and popularize IE knowledge and tools.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
Bachelordegree in Industrial Engineering.
Experience in IE work occupation at least 3 years.
What Will Put You Ahead
Prior experience in IE work occupation with 5 years or more and own the big electric industry Kaizen experience.
