Are you driven by ensuring the reliability and performance of complex industrial facilities in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment?
As a Maintenance Engineer, you will act as a technical expert supporting electrical, mechanical, and structural maintenance activities, helping to ensure safe, efficient, and sustainable operations at our Alcantarilla site.

What you’ll do

• Act as a technical specialist in maintenance, providing expertise in electrical, mechanical, and structural systems.
• Develop, evaluate, and maintain maintenance plans and technical criteria for industrial equipment, facilities, and infrastructure.
• Assess the feasibility and technical soundness of equipment, materials, and solutions where data is limited or validation through testing is required.
• Participate in the development of design plans, technical proposals, and feasibility studies related to plant improvements and asset reliability.
• Contribute significantly to the resolution of complex maintenance and operational issues
• Coordinate closely with cross‑functional teams, including Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and EHS, to ensure effective execution.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by contributing to equipment upgrades, process enhancements, and new or modified maintenance methods

What you’ll bring

• Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or similar).
• Solid experience in industrial maintenance within manufacturing or production environments.
• Ability to act as a technical reference and collaborate effectively across departments.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Clear and effective communication skills in a technical setting.
