Job's mission

As an HVM TPM(Technical Program Manager) and PLM(Product Line Manager) Owner at ASM, you will play a critical role in sustaining and executing High Volume Manufacturing (HVM) products throughout their lifecycle.
This role owns HVM product configuration, BOM readiness, and change execution, ensuring accurate, timely, and scalable delivery to customers. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to drive execution excellence, manage change, and support cost and continuous improvement initiatives in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment

What you will be working on

  • Own and sustain HVM product structures, including Product Structure Management (PSM) and Variant Configuration (VC) models for released products.
  • Own day‑to‑day HVM product lifecycle execution related to configuration management, BOM readiness, and change implementation in alignment with PLM/TPM responsibilities.
  • Manage HVM sustaining activities including ECR/ECO execution, configuration changes, and readiness checks to ensure timely and accurate implementation.
  • Coordinate with cross‑functional stakeholders (Engineering, OFE, GPS, GOPS, MPM, Finance) to execute approved changes and close open actions.
  • Identify execution risks or constraints impacting HVM delivery and escalate issues as required.
  • Coordinate recurring HVM execution meetings, tracking actions, risks, and milestones to closure.
  • Support build readiness and shipment execution through BOM updates, configuration alignment, and build constraint management.
  • Prepare execution status updates and materials for management and stakeholder reviews.
  • Own HVM CIP cut‑in execution from a configuration and BOM perspective, supporting cost‑reduction and operational improvement initiatives.

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience in semiconductor equipment, manufacturing, PLM, TPM, or related execution‑focused roles.
  • Solid understanding of product lifecycle management, particularly HVM execution and sustaining.
  • Hands‑on experience or strong working knowledge of BOM, PSM, VC, and configuration management concepts.
  • Strong coordination, ownership, and follow‑up skills across multiple functions.
  • Ability to manage execution ownership, prioritize tasks, and escalate issues when needed.

What sets you apart

  • Experience working in SAP, PLM, or ERP‑based environments.
  • Exposure to HVM cost‑reduction initiatives, CIP execution, or operational excellence programs.
  • Experience coordinating complex change execution across global or cross‑functional teams.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate execution details into clear management updates.

About ASM

At ASM, we’re shaping the future at the atomic level. We enable the next generation of microchips by empowering leading semiconductor manufacturers with advanced wafer processing equipment.

Through our mastery of thin-film deposition, we create the innovative tools and solutions that shape the materials at the heart of tomorrow’s technology – powering everything from AI and next-generation healthcare to cloud computing and smarter, more energy-efficient devices.

With over 4,600 people representing more than 60 nationalities across 15 locations worldwide, we’re united by one ambition: to stay ahead of what’s next. And with research centers in seven countries and nearly a quarter of our people and profits devoted to research and development, excellence is our baseline, not our finish line.

Our pioneering thin-film deposition technologies – like atomic layer deposition, epitaxy, silicon carbide, chemical vapor deposition and vertical furnaces – help our customers push the limits of performance, speed, and efficiency. Our strong patent portfolio, flat organization, and agile way of working enable fast collaboration, global mobility, and a competitive edge far beyond our scale.

Every day, we work to make integrated circuits smaller, faster, more energy-efficient, and more powerful. Together, we’re advancing technologies that unlock new potential and improve lives.
