The Role:
本ポジションは、R&D組織における研磨技術の開発および装置運用を中心的に担う役割です。各種研磨・洗浄装置の技術サポートやプロセス改善、安全管理（EHS）、およびツールのオペレーション・メンテナンス手順整備を担当します。また、顧客サンプルの出荷調整や製品開発ワークフローの補助など、開発活動全体を円滑に進めるための業務も担当いただきます。複数のチームと連携し、安定した開発運営と技術向上を推進するポジションです。

BBSおよびSiエッジ研磨に関連する技術サポート
下記装置のメンテナンス活動、運用手順書作成、改善活動
MAT研磨機、岡本研磨機
300mm: 芝浦洗浄機、XEVIOS洗浄機 (SRD)
200mm:DNSクリーナー
薬液供給システム
LOTO（ロックアウト・タグアウト）文書リーダーとしての安全文書管理
芸濃R&DのEHSリーダー業務（リスクアセスメント、JSA、PPE管理）
顧客サンプルの出荷調整（スケジュール調整、ドキュメント管理、社内連携）
製品開発ワークフローの補助（タスク管理、ドキュメント更新、開発マイルストーン支援）
What We Seek
CMP、表面処理、または半導体プロセスエンジニアリングに関する知識・経験
研磨装置およびウェットプロセス装置の経験
技術文書の作成・更新スキル
高い安全意識とリスク管理能力
部門間連携に必要な英語を含むコミュニケーション能力
製品開発ワークフローのサポート経験
顧客サンプル出荷業務への対応力
周囲と相談しながら未知のタスクを進めることができる能力

CP装置の深い理解、装置改造やプロセス改善経験
