The Role:

In this role, you willwork hands-on toprovide technicalsupport for new product development activities andparticipateinproduct returninvestigationsfor ourspecialty gas packaging technologies.Theseproducts and systems enable safe, reliablestorageand delivery of hazardous materials. The positionis responsible forexecuting test plans,summarizingdata, communicating technical conclusions, supporting customer issue resolution, and partnering with Engineering, Quality, Operations, Product Management, and Manufacturing teams to drive product performance and continuous improvement.

In this role you will:

• Develop test plans, execute experiments, analyze data, document conclusions, and prepare technical reports for internal and customer-facing use.

• Conductproduct return investigations by evaluating returned productsrelativeto reported customer issues,determininglikely failuremodes, recommending disposition, and supporting corrective actions.

• Complete preventative maintenance and periodic inspections on lab equipment tomaintainproper functionality and readiness.

• Communicate technical findings, project risks, safety incidents, and conflicts clearly and promptly for theappropriate audience, level of detail, and communication channel.

• Adhere to a zero-release policy for hazardous materials and serve as a localstewardfor safe work practices and site procedures, includingappropriate PPE, gas handling controls, and emergency response expectations for toxic, flammable, and/or corrosive gases.

Traits webelieve make a strong candidate

• BS in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related technical discipline.

• 2+ years of relevant engineering experience isrequired

• Experience in the electronic gases, specialty gas, semiconductor materials, or hazardous materials packaging industry.

• Demonstrated teamwork, collaboration, technical leadership, and self-motivation.

• Demonstrated ability to develop test plans, execute experiments,writetechnical reports, and communicate conclusions to technical and non-technical audiences.

• Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to interpret complex technical data and translate findings into clear recommendations.
