Job Title:

Engineer II, Process Engineering

The Role:

• 維護生產機台順利運作、提升設備稼動率、優化生產效率，確保產線不間斷

• Responsible for CMP filter production to ensure smooth operations,optimizeequipmentutilization, improve overall efficiency, and prevent production downtime.

In this role you will:

• 每日生產設備及製程參數巡查，確保工作環境安全。

• 機台定期保養、異常故障排除與緊急應變之處理。

• 持續改善製造流程、良率使生產效率提升。

• 專案管理，導入新產品及自動化設備、建立標準操作程序文件。

• 品質管理，定期檢視SPC及稽核相關文件如FMEA及SOP。

• 承攬商作業管理、確認廠商施工作業符合安全衛生要求。

• 主管交辦其他任務之執行。

• Conduct daily inspections of production equipment andrecipesto ensure a safe working environment.

• Perform routine machine maintenance,troubleshootand handle emergency responses.

• Continuouslyimprovemanufacturing processes and yields to enhance production efficiency.

• Manage projects for new product introduction and automationcobots,andestablish SOP.

• Managequality by regularly reviewing SPC and ISO documents such as FMEA andWI

• Managecontractorsto ensure all onsite workcomplies withsafety and health requirements.

• Execute other tasks and responsibilities assigned by supervisors.
