Reports to: Engineering Manager

Entegris is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering& Qualityfor MaterialsSolutions(MS) manufacturing process & QualitylocatedatOseongplant.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Process Optimization – Identification and implementation of cycle time and yield improvement activities.

• Process Documentation – Maintain process documentation – operating procedures, test specifications, test methods,componentdrawings,etc.

• Provide leadershiptothe manufacturing engineering ofCMP Slurry

• Manage&Leadnew products projects (new manufacturing process/equipment setup)

• Leads the effort and drives Continuous Improvement within theslurryfacility. Acts ina proactivefashionregardingproblem resolution.

• Support the introduction of new products through the engineering development of key processes

• Sustain current manufacturing engineering requirements

• Identify, develop, and implement process enhancements to improve quality, cost, cycletime.

• Work on corporate management systems such as SAP,SASincluding MOC, JSA, PSSR, Hazard reviewetcto verify or analyze manufacturing process

• Work onCI & Cost saving andLean/6 Sigma efforts

• ResponseofCustomercomplainand 3D & 8D reports progress.

• Process Training – Assist in providing process training todirectlabor force.

• Attend Globalmeetingand lead work meetings

• Performs other duties as assigned.

Specifications (Knowledge,Skillsand Abilities)

• Microsoft applicationsSkill(Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).

• Strong knowledge of PC based data acquisitionAbility to analyze process data to understandand improve manufacturing process control

• Ability to apply SPC, DOE, Lean/Six Sigma, mathematics, and statistics to solve complexmanufacturing process problems.

• Hands on experience troubleshooting pneumatics and electrical control systems.

• Strong project management skills.

• Highly self-motivated andself directed

• Need English communication Skill.

• Good in Engineering & Quality understanding Skill.

Education / Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineeringetc

• 6sigma certification preferred;

• CMP slurrymanufacturing experience preferred;

• Experience with working in an ERP+ (SAP) /ISO environment;
