Enphase Energy is looking for a dynamic and customer focused Inside Sales Representative to drive revenue growth across the US and global markets. In this role, you will engage with prospective and existing customers, promote Enphase's industry-leading solar and energy management solutions, and identify opportunities to grow customer relationships through new sales, cross-sell, and upsell initiatives. What You Will Be Doing

• Engage prospective and existing customers through phone, email, and virtual consultations across US and global markets.
• Educate customers on Enphase products and services, including solar, storage, and energy management solutions.
• Identify and pursue cross-sell and upsell opportunities to drive revenue growth.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead qualification and needs assessment to negotiation and closure.
• Build strong customer relationships and deliver a high-quality customer experience.
• Maintain accurate customer records, pipeline updates, and sales activities in Salesforce CRM.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Support, and Channel teams to maximize customer success and business growth.

Who You Are & What You Bring

• 3+ years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or consultative sales in a target-driven environment.
• Fluency in Dutch or German, in addition to English, is required.
• A minimum C1-level certification in Dutch or German is mandatory.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, conversion metrics, and business goals.
• Strong consultative selling, objection handling, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Fluency in French in addition to English, is highly preferred.
• C1 Certification in French is mandatory.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce.
• Bachelor's degree (B.E., B.Tech, BCA, B.Sc., or equivalent) with a minimum of 60% throughout academics (10th, 12th, and Graduation).
• Preferred: Experience in solar, renewable energy, clean technology, SaaS, or product-based sales environments.
• Work Schedule: Flexible to support business needs, including US and/or European market hours.
