工作职责:
1. 作为电子电气负责人收集以及提炼系统级别的需求和文档;
2. 完善BMS硬件以及电池包电子电气部分的流程化和文档化工作;
3. 负责电池包的电气架构设计,同时也负责包括BMS的硬件设计,试制,测试,最终量产以及零部件供应商的管理和开发工作;
4. 基于硬件设计,协助BMS软件工程师开发/调试相关软件;
5. 根据系统需求,设计并搭建相关测试台架,负责BMS的功能/性能测试;
6. 其他业务范围内分派的工作;
职位要求:
1. 熟悉锂电池储能,尤其是UPS等相关产品的功能和特点;
2. 熟悉BMS的硬件功能和性能;
3. 具备电池包内高/低压线束设计,制作以及修改的经验;
4. 具备数电,模电以及功率元器件的设计经验,同时基于设计能进行相关测试用例的执行和仿真;
5. 拥有EMC要求相关的设计经验以及解决能力;
6. 根据电池包系统的电子电气功/性能需求,拥有丰富的电子/电气元器件的选型和评估能力;
7. 有配合UPS的电子电气开发经验者优先。
Job Responsibilities:
1. As the head of electrical and electronic systems, collect and refine system-level requirements and documents;
2. Improve the workflow and documentation of the BMS hardware and battery pack electrical and electronic components;
3. Responsible for the electrical architecture design of the battery pack, as well as the hardware design, prototyping, testing, final mass production, and management and development of component suppliers for the BMS;
4. Based on hardware design, assist BMS software engineers in developing/debugging related software;
5. Design and build relevant test benches according to system requirements, and be responsible for the functional/performance testing of the BMS;
6. Other tasks assigned within the scope of business;
Job Requirements Requirements:
1. Familiar with lithium battery energy storage, especially the functions and characteristics of UPS and related products;
2. Familiar with the hardware functions and performance of BMS;
3. Experience in designing, fabricating, and modifying high/low voltage wiring harnesses within battery packs;
4. Experience in designing digital electronics, analog electronics, and power components, and the ability to execute and simulate relevant test cases based on the design;
5. Experience and problem-solving capabilities related to EMC requirements;
6. Extensive ability to select and evaluate electronic/electrical components based on the electronic and electrical power/performance requirements of battery pack systems;
7. Priority will be given to candidates with experience in electronic and electrical development related to UPS systems.
