Position Summary:

• Process Engineer at Donaldson DAGS3 Plant.
• High personal and professional development position.
• High interaction with all areas in the plant (Production Planning, Quality, Production, Maintenance)

Role Responsibilities:

• Responsible for establishing process operating parameters.
• Defining / estimating routing times during processes
• Implementing capital projects using the CER process
• Identify and Implementing plant-level cost reduction projects
• Developing Kaizen projects to improve manufacturing processes
• Participate in and supporting quality system activities (IATF, ISO 9001, ISO 14001)
• Designing and implementing appropriate tooling for plant manufacturing processes
• Implementing and closing out safety-related activities associated with manufacturing processes
• Identify, implement and validate corrective actions by following problem-solving methodologies (e.g., 8D);
• leading product transfers from other plants to DAGS3

Travel: Open to travel if needed aprox 1 time per year (If Applicable)

Minimum Qualifications:

• Engineering or Industrial, mechanical, electrical or related Bachelor's Degree.
• 3 years, in the position in the automotive and/or metal mechanic industry, of 500 workers.
• Statistical process control.
• Intermediate lean manufacturing (Preferential qualitative knowledge).
• Core Tools (PDCA).
• Project Management.
• Line balancing and time taking.
