Micron’s Tongluo site seeks an exceptionally skilled AMHS Tool Owner to manage, sustain, and improve key equipment within the wafer fab Automated Material Handling System (AMHS). This role involves AMHS equipment that operates in close coordination with wafer fab tools. The focus is on providing stable and dependable material transport and ensuring consistent production.

This position centers on 1 or 2 of the following AMHS-related equipment and systems:

• Sorter
• BWS (Bare Wafer Stocker)
• N2 / N2 Purge related equipment
• OLUS (Operation Load / Unload System)
• Near Tool Buffer (NTB) area

As an AMHS Tool Owner, you will collaborate closely with Manufacturing, Equipment, System, and Vendor teams. Your responsibilities include managing equipment status, analyzing abnormal issues, improving performance, and supporting new equipment installation. You will also continuously optimize the integration between fab tools and the AMHS system to improve overall operational efficiency. Ideal Candidates

Ideal candidates will possess:

• Experience working with Sorter, BWS, N2, OLUS, Near Tool Buffer, or other equipment related to wafer fabrication is preferred
• Strong expertise or a high level of interest in AMHS, wafer fab tool interfaces, transport flows, and system integration
• Proven capability in improving equipment stability, problem analysis, and cross-functional collaboration
• Engineering professionals who are motivated to grow into an AMHS equipment or system ownership role
